From kraut to mustards, relishes, and spreads, our Morse’s Made line celebrates tradition. Every batch is crafted by hand, right here in Waldoboro, with flavors you won’t find anywhere else.

Morse's Sauerkraut

Made from the crisp center leaves cabbage that are shredded, and tamped by hand w/ our traditional mixture of salt & sugar, and left to cure for a minimum of 21 days.

Aunt Lydia's Beet Relish

Roasted beets, cabbage & horseradish make up. This sweet & tangy relish. Great with meats, poultry & on salads!

Pickled Beets

Our Pickled beets are sweet and tart with a hint of cinnamon, allspice and a kick of ginger root. Made with apple cider vinegar and cane sugar they make a lovely side or as a topping on salads & sandwiches

Creamy Horseradish

Horseradish the way Grandma made it. No fillers or stabilizers, just fresh grated horseradish root, vinegar & a little salt.

Morse’s Sour Mustard

A sour, strong yellow mustard with a touch of heat

Sour Garlic Relish

Our take on traditional pickle relish this zippy treat is made with our sour garlic pickle & onions. A summer time favorite it is great on all things grilled and is a lovely addition to macaroni & potato salads.

Sour Mustard Relish

A hot dog relish with a strong sour mustard kick. We love this in our deviled eggs and our homemade tartar sauce.

Aunt Lots Garden Relish

A seasonal sweet relish of zucchini, green & red tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, cabbage & cucumbers. We love this on burgers, hot dogs and with black eyed peas & ham.
